Product Introduction The multi-layer dip-coating machine is specifically designed for research involving the deposition of multiple layers of different materials. Parameters such as withdrawal speed, withdrawal height, immersion time, number of coating cycles (for multi-layer deposition), and the interval between coatings are all continuously adjustable and precisely controlled. There are no special requirements for the coating substrate; materials in various forms—such as sheets, blocks, or cylinders—can be coated. The system operates stably with no vibration at the liquid surface during the process, significantly enhancing experimental precision. It is suitable for both scientific research and product manufacturing. This product is primarily designed for the fabrication of multilayer thin-film materials using the sol-gel dip-coating method. Various solutions are placed on a rotating platform, and a clean substrate is secured in a holder. Based on a preset coating program, the substrate is dipped into and withdrawn from the solution to form a film; the platform then automatically rotates the solution for the next layer directly beneath the substrate, which is subsequently lowered for the next coating step. This process continues until all layers are completed. The system supports the use of different solutions and materials, as well as interleaved coating sequences (e.g., coating in the order 1-2-3-4-5-6 or a mixed sequence like 1-3-6-4-2-5). A single coating run can produce up to 20 layers using six different solutions (materials). All process parameters—including substrate immersion, solution rotation, and intervals between layers—are fully automated and controlled by the coating program. Suitable for coating processes on the surfaces of various solid materials, including silicon wafers, chips, glass, ceramics, and metals; applicable to both scientific research and industrial production.
