ASTM D4977 EN 12039 Mineral Adhesion Reciprocating Scrubbing Test Machine Mineral Granule Washing Brushing Tester

This equipment was developed in accordance with GB/T 328.17-2007 "Test Methods for Building Waterproof Sheets - Part 17: Adhesion of Mineral Matter to Asphalt Waterproof Sheets" Method B. It is used for testing the adhesion performance of mineral matter on the surface of asphalt waterproof sheets.

The test involves brushing the surface of the sample under specified loads and a certain number of reciprocating washes. After the brushing is completed, the weight loss of the sample is measured to evaluate the adhesion strength of the mineral particles. Compliant with ASTM D4977 & EN 12039 standards for mineral matter adhesion brushing tests.

1. Place the equipment on the workbench horizontally, connect the power supply, and set the counter to zero.
2. Set the target number of brushings, confirm the parameters, and automatically save them.
3. Install the standard brush, clamp the waterproof sheet sample tightly, and lower the brush.
4. Press the start button, and the machine will automatically reciprocate brush the sample; the machine will stop automatically when the counter reaches the set value.
5. Remove the sample, use a vacuum cleaner to remove the loose and fallen mineral matter, weigh the sample before and after, and calculate the loss.
6. Power off after the test, clean the workbench, and take precautions against dust.
