Working Principle

The sensor operates based on the principle of component vibration. The sensing element consists of a tuning fork immersed in the liquid being measured. Vibration is induced by a piezoelectric element, and the oscillation frequency is detected by a secondary piezoelectric element.

The density of the liquid is closely related to the vibration frequency during flow. As liquid density changes, the vibration frequency shifts accordingly. The density is calculated using the formula: D = K0 + K1T + K2T²
