The online ammonia water density meter is specifically designed for precise, real-time measurement and data acquisition of ammonia water. This stable, reliable, insertion-style meter requires minimal maintenance and effectively resolves common issues found in traditional online density meters—such as poor accuracy, inconsistent repeatability, erratic data readings, and corrosion susceptibility.
Typical industries include petrochemicals, brewing, food processing, and mineral processing (e.g., clay, carbonates, silicates). Specific applications include interface detection in multi-product pipelines, density monitoring of stirred mixtures, reaction endpoint monitoring in reactors, and separator interface detection.

The sensor operates based on the principle of component vibration. The sensing element consists of a tuning fork immersed in the liquid being measured. Vibration is induced by a piezoelectric element, and the oscillation frequency is detected by a secondary piezoelectric element.
The density of the liquid is closely related to the vibration frequency during flow. As liquid density changes, the vibration frequency shifts accordingly. The density is calculated using the formula: D = K0 + K1T + K2T²
