Product Overview
The MT200C specimen preparation machine is designed for processing non-metallic materials (such as plastics, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, fiberboards, and cement blocks) and metallic materials.
It can process samples from virtually any material—including metals, ceramics, alloys, plastics, composites, and special resin products—into standard shapes for tensile and flexural testing.
Specimen shapes can adhere to established standards or be custom-designed by the user (e.g., strips, dumbbells, circles, ellipses, semicircles, squares, or other regular/irregular geometries); the machine offers great flexibility regarding specimen shape and ensures rapid processing speeds.
It meets the requirements of standards such as GB/T 1040, GB/T 9865, GB/T 1043, GB/T 1843, ISO 179, and ISO 180. Custom shapes can also be realized through tailored programming.
Equipped with a lubricant drip system, the cutting tool receives continuous lubrication and cooling; this prevents the sample's properties from altering due to overheating during processing, ensures clean edges (preventing burrs), and contains debris to prevent scattering.

Products Features
1. Includes programs for preparing dumbbell-shaped specimens from all common materials; simply select the appropriate program to produce the desired specimen.
2. Rectangular specimen/block preparation function; suitable for producing impact test specimens, heat deflection temperature (HDT) specimens, Vicat test blocks, and other rectangular specimens. 3. Notch preparation function: Multiple specimens can be stacked on the platform and processed simultaneously. Notches of various specifications can be produced by changing the cutting tool.
4. Plate cutting function: Used for cutting larger plates.
5. Surface and vertical face milling functions: Used to machine irregular materials or sections removed from machine components into flat surfaces, subsequently allowing them to be processed into the required specimens.
