Product Overview
Model LR-400B Standard Constant Temperature & Humidity Curing Cabinet is manufactured in accordance with the standard curing requirements for cement and concrete specimens specified by the National Cement Research Institute. The inner chamber is made of imported stainless steel plate. It adopts ultrasonic humidification for spraying system and high-power compressor for refrigeration, with digital temperature & humidity display. It is an ideal equipment for laboratories and quality inspection departments to cure cement and concrete specimens.

Structure and Working Principle
3.1 Structure
The cabinet adopts double-layer structure. The outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, the inner chamber is stainless steel plate, and the shelves are fabricated from stainless steel profiles with excellent corrosion resistance. The water tank at the bottom of inner chamber realizes heating and auxiliary humidification. The humidifying system mainly relies on ultrasonic humidifier, supplemented by water heating evaporation. The automatic control system realizes automatic switching among refrigeration, heating and humidification according to preset temperature and humidity via temperature & humidity controllers. Temperature and humidity inside the cabinet are displayed digitally on meters.
3.2 Working Principle
Temperature Control When the internal temperature drops below the lower set value of temperature controller, the controller outputs heating signal to activate electric heating elements. Conversely, if temperature exceeds upper set value, the refrigeration system will start. Heating or refrigeration stops automatically once the target temperature is reached.
Humidity Control An ultrasonic humidifier is equipped to ensure internal humidity ≥95%. The humidifying device is automatically controlled by the temperature controller. When humidity is lower than 95%, the humidifier starts and stops automatically after reaching the hysteresis value. The hysteresis value shall be set within 0–1℃ and should not be excessively large.
