Working Principle
This equipment adopts air freezing and water thawing mode. Fill the water storage tank fully before powering on, place specimens into the working chamber, switch on power and start the unit. The freeze-thaw tester automatically freezes specimens in air inside the chamber to the preset temperature and holds for an adjustable duration. Afterwards, the equipment automatically fills water at the set temperature and maintains the temperature for another adjustable period. When the thawing holding period ends, water is automatically drained back to the storage tank. The cycle counter increases by one, and the unit automatically proceeds to the next freeze-thaw cycle.
Instrument Structure
The fully automatic low-temperature freeze-thaw test device consists of three modules: refrigeration & heating system, control system and water injection system. It adopts vertical structure made of high-quality steel. The inner water tank and storage tank are constructed entirely of stainless steel plates. The overall structure is sturdy with anti-rust treatment and excellent corrosion resistance. The main unit adopts an imported hermetic refrigeration compressor, featuring small footprint, low noise, easy operation and low power consumption. The condenser is manufactured with red copper tubes for superior heat transfer performance. Startup, delayed holding and shutdown are automatically controlled by the instrument for safe and reliable operation. Featuring high automation and high efficiency, it can automatically complete 0–9999 freeze-thaw cycles without manual adjustment or continuous monitoring.
