Adjustable Film Applicator

Its adjustable scraper limits the coating range of the paint sample during scraping. The metric differential head adjusts the gap of the scraper from 0 to 3500 micrometers in units of every 10 micrometers. The differential head controls the scraper gap, which is the final coating thickness.

The same principle as the preparation device, the actual wet film thickness is about 50% -90% of the scraper gap. The scraper and end plate are made of thick aluminum material. During the coating process, the end plate effectively accommodated the sample. Suitable for coating high viscosity products.
