Purpose and Structural Features 1. This machine is used to verify the uncertainty of dynamic torque sensors regarding rotational speed and corresponding output frequency. It utilizes a Panasonic low-inertia servo motor as the drive unit and an external high-precision rotary encoder connected to the main spindle as the speed sensor. A high-speed DSP+ARM core control unit manages motor driving and encoder data acquisition, ensuring accurate and stable speed control at both high and low speeds. A color touchscreen displays the output frequency, theoretical speed, real-time motor speed, and spindle speed. Users can configure multi-stage speed profiles for automatic execution (from low to high) and set dwell times for rotation at target speeds. Data is recorded automatically. 2. Specialized magnetic mounting brackets are configured based on the characteristics of the sensor under test. The sensor spindle employs a center-point (live center) structure, and the tailstock is adjustable longitudinally (reliably ensuring coaxiality). The spindle rotation mechanism utilizes precision grinding machine technology. 3. The fixture uses elastic front and rear collets to grip the specimen; the collets connect to the spindle via elastic sleeves, achieving a precision fit that ensures the radial runout of the clamped specimen meets aviation and national standards.

Operating on Windows 10, the computer utilizes a virtual panel interface that is clear and user-friendly, supported by robust, standardized software to manage the equipment and handle test data acquisition, processing, storage, and printing. Comprehensive test data, status updates, and timestamps for each state are automatically saved to the hard drive.
