Technical features
1. It can simultaneously test 16 national standard samples and automatically determine the characteristic temperature.
2. By employing the specific spectral background technology, the characteristics of the sample can be reliably identified from the beginning of the experiment to the end.
3. The unique vertical structure uses angle encoders and a coaxial rotating shaft to accurately position the sample. The automatic sample feeding mechanism ensures that the sample does not tip over, avoiding the problem of inaccurate positioning caused by manual sample feeding.
4. By adopting a positive pressure mist removal and dust suppression device, the cleaning cycle of the observation window lens is prolonged;
5. Utilizing a five-million-pixel industrial camera, the experimental process is monitored in real time, and high-definition experimental images are presented. These images can be automatically or manually judged. The simple camera adjustment device enables convenient and quick adjustment of its position.
6. By using silicon-molybdenum rods for heating and special lightweight, temperature-resistant and heat-insulating furnace materials, it can operate stably at a temperature of up to 1600℃ for an extended period.
7. After the experiment is completed, the furnace will automatically cool down, and the delay shutdown function enables the instrument to shut down automatically at a preset time.
8. It can be connected to the laboratory management system to achieve backup and upload of test results.
