Main functions

Main features
Using imported photoelectric encoders for displacement measurement, the controller adopts an embedded single-chip microcomputer structure, has built-in powerful measurement and control software, integrates measurement, control, calculation, and storage functions. It has the functions of automatically calculating stress, elongation rate (requires an additional extensometer), tensile strength, and elastic modulus, automatic statistics of results; automatically records the force values or elongation amounts at the maximum point, fracture point, and designated points; using a computer to display the test process and test curves dynamically, and perform data processing. After the test, the graphic processing module can magnify the curves for data re-analysis and editing, and can print reports. The product performance reaches international advanced levels.
The professional version testing software of the tensile machine can realize control modes such as constant speed, constant displacement, constant load (with adjustable holding time), repeated tension and compression life, etc., plus multi-step control modes to meet different testing requirements.
