1.6 Test Procedure for Irradiated Sample
1.6.1 Mount the lamp in its actual vehicle-mounted condition onto the fixture. Remove the back cover of the bulb holder, the bulb, and the bulb holder itself to allow easy air convection within the laboratory environment.
1.6.2 Adjust temperature and humidity according to the following conditions:
1.6.3 Secure the components using the specified minimum tightening torque.
A: Dry condition at 80±2°C, 10% RH for 2 hours
B: Ambient temperature and humidity for 1 hour
C: 38°C, 70% RH for 1.5 hours
After adjustment, assemble the lamp in an environment maintained at 10°C ambient temperature, then install the lamp for irradiation as described below.
1.6.4 Rotate the test sample 20 degrees every 30 minutes in the direction shown in the figure above, totaling 120 minutes of irradiation, with the surface temperature of the test specimen maintained at 80°C.

Materials
2.1 The irradiation frame is constructed of 75x75mm aluminum extrusion, anodized.
2.2 One set of angle adjustment device for the irradiation frame (including angle gauge).
