Incident requirements for an incident laser beam |
Avoiding damage to the laser power sensor, the following requirements are put forward for the irradiation position and tilt angle of the incident laser beam: The incident laser beam should be irradiated on the center of the detection port, and the maximum position offset should not exceed 1/4 of the beam diameter. The maximum tilt angle of the incident laser beam is ±5 degrees. |
