Instrument Overview
The LR-0193Z Automatic Lubricating Oil Oxidation Stability Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM D 2272 and the petrochemical industry standard SH/T0193 "Determination of Oxidation Stability of Lubricating Oils - Rotating Oxygen Bomb Method". This instrument is used to evaluate the oxidation stability of new and used turbine oils of the same composition (base oil and additives) at 150°C. It can also be used to quickly evaluate the oxidation stability of new mineral insulating oils containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and/or 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol antioxidants at 140°C. This instrument is not suitable for measuring mineral insulating oils containing antioxidants with a viscosity greater than 12 mm²/s at 40°C.
Instrument Features
1. Bath type: Conforms to the latest ASTM D 2272 standard metal bath structure design. The metal bath does not require expensive silicone oil medium, which reduces the unpleasant odor emitted by the medium oil during testing, eliminates oil fumes and heavy bombs, and avoids complicated cleaning after testing. The desktop design is compact, quiet, requires no fume hood, and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
2. Instrument display: 8-inch color touch screen, beautiful and elegant interface, simple operation. Temperature and pressure calibration are available.
3. Operation design: Dual independent design allows for rapid turnaround during testing. Using two units significantly improves work efficiency.
4. High degree of automation: Automatic constant temperature control, automatic oxygen purging, automatic leak detection, automatic recording of test data and real-time display of curves, automatic determination of the test inflection point, and automatic heating cutoff after the test is completed.
