Usage

The hot air aging test chamber is suitable for conducting thermal resistance tests on electrical insulation materials, as well as aging tests for electronic components, plastic products, and other items; it is used to evaluate and determine the adaptability of these materials in storage and use under high-temperature conditions. The samples are aged in simulated high-temperature and atmospheric pressure air, and their properties are measured and compared with those of the un-aged samples.

Temperature control system |
1. Temperature control is via a PID digital display instrument (Taiwan Tsengsu Instrument GB705), single-point temperature control, capable of automatic calculation, PV/SV displayed simultaneously, and set through buttons; 2. Timing function: 1 - 9999 hours (option to set hours, minutes, and seconds) for temperature to timing, when the time reaches, heating stops and power supply is cut off, and an alarm is triggered simultaneously; 3. Temperature sensing wire (K) type; 4. Output: 3 - 32V; 5. Current controller: SSR solid-state relay; 6. Heating material: stainless steel high-temperature resistant heating tube; 7. Ventilation system |
