 Summary

This testing machine is suitable for rubber, plastic, plastic film, and other flexible materials with large deformation. Tests such as tensile, tear, bonding strength, and peeling (90 degrees and 180 degrees) can be completed.

1. Using AC variable frequency motor to drive precision ball screw transmission, with smooth operation and low noise;

2. Digital display of force value, maximum force value, displacement, test speed is steplessly adjustable;

3. Using high-precision encoder to measure displacement, the force value resolution is as high as 1/25000, the test accuracy is high, the measurement range is wide, and the operation is easy;

4. With test pull-off automatic shutdown, over-current, over-voltage, and overload protection functions;

5. Equipped with a micro printer to print test data in real time.

Theory

This machine is a kind of electric tensile tester which uses the motor to drive ball screw to move fixture. Place the sample between the upper and lower fixture, use a given speed to pull the upper fixture upward, and the upper loadcell with sensor to check  tensile strength and convert the strength into voltage sign and output to the display screen. And the strength value will be displayed automatically on the touch screen monitor.
