Overview
The piping system uses non-welded connections. The test fluid system and drive fluid system are separated, allowing for diverse test media. Three different control methods are available: manual control, PLC control, and computer control. A high-speed sampling card is used to collect test data. This solution mainly introduces the computer-controlled servo motor for high-pressure pressurization/pressure cycling of the test product, as well as pressure output control and pressure acquisition.
Equipment Features
1. The core pressurization equipment uses a dual-phase stainless steel servo booster pump, which can easily achieve arbitrarily adjustable and controllable output pressure.
2. Advanced technology and reasonable structural design. It features small size, light weight, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
3. All pressure-bearing parts use standard parts from internationally renowned brands, with no welded connections, facilitating disassembly, ensuring a high safety factor, long service life, and easy maintenance.
4. The drive power supply is 380V, with a total power of 2.2kW.
5. The control method is computer-controlled, and the pressurization rate is adjustable.
6. Pressure test range: 0-6MPa, flow rate: 0-6L/min. The corresponding pressure can be selected according to the customer's actual needs.
7. The pressurization status can be controlled by computer, and the pressure curve can be displayed in real time. A test report can be printed after the test.
8. Equipped with a servo pressure relief valve, it can achieve adjustable and controllable pressure relief rate.
9. The system can perform computer-controlled cyclic control of the entire pressurization/depressurization process, with an adjustable number of cycles.
10. The computer can set the pressurization rate, number of cycles, and corresponding pressure range for automatic operation.
11. The system can stop at the set pressure and servo-controlled the pressurization rate to improve test accuracy.
