Proximity protection: When the corona frame is open, the corona treatment automatically stops and cannot be started, ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel. If the sensor is damaged, the corona machine will determine that there is no proximity detection and cannot be started.

Stop protection, automatic start and stop, i.e., corona treatment starts when the film moves. When the film stops moving, the corona treatment automatically stops.

When the value exceeds the set value, the corona treatment automatically shuts down and alarms.

Equipped with a built-in fuse holder; provides protection in case of short circuit.

Grounding protection: When the silicone tube of the corona frame is punctured, the main unit automatically shuts down and cannot be started, and an automatic alarm is triggered.

Overcurrent protection: When the main circuit current exceeds the set value, the corona treatment automatically shuts down and alarms.

Moisture-resistant soft start: Can be started in humid conditions, unaffected by weather.

The high-voltage connection cable is a 26mm outer diameter silicone cable, which can effectively shield high voltage to below 36V. It can be touched during operation, ensuring personnel safety. Step-up transformer: 1 unit, 8kW power, external independent oil-immersed type, aluminum alloy material, stainless steel safety protective cover installed at the high-voltage connection, good heat dissipation, operating temperature: -5 to +55 degrees Celsius.

The double-sided corona frame opening and closing method allows for opening one side individually or both sides simultaneously.
