Product Introduction
The LR-M530 is a compact, high-performance online gas analysis instrument capable of qualitative and quantitative analysis of various gases under atmospheric or sub-atmospheric pressure conditions.
The LR-M530 mainly consists of an inlet system, a vacuum system, an analysis system, and a data processing system.
While incorporating original German PEFFIER hardware (including quadrupole mass spectrometer, diaphragm pump, turbomolecular pump, sensors, etc., and PV MassSpec mass software), our company has also developed a touchscreen intelligent control system, enabling independent control of three temperature zones (T); it can be expanded to control and output online mixing ratios and flow rates of 1 to 4 gases in the inlet system.
The system's mass analysis range is 1–100 amu and 1–200 amu.
