Product Description

Scope of Application

The Microcomputer-Controlled Fully Automatic Calorimeter is suitable for use in sectors such as electric power, coal, metallurgy, petrochemicals, environmental protection, cement, papermaking, geological exploration, and scientific research institutions to measure the calorific value of combustible substances, including coal, coke, and petroleum products. It complies with the requirements of the following standards: GB/T 213-2008 *Methods for the Determination of Calorific Value of Coal*, GB/T 384 *Methods for the Determination of Calorific Value of Petroleum Products*, JC/T 1005-2006 *Methods for the Determination of Calorific Value of Cement Raw Meal*, ASTM D5865-2010 *Standard Test Method for Gross Calorific Value of Coal and Coke*, GB/T 30727-2014 *Methods for the Determination of Calorific Value of Solid Biomass Fuels*, and ISO 1928-2009 *Solid Mineral Fuels—Determination of Gross Calorific Value by the Bomb Calorimetric Method, and Calculation of Net Calorific Value*.

 

Features and Functions

1. The instrument primarily consists of a constant-temperature calorimetric system and a single-chip microcomputer control system. It is a highly automated calorimetric measuring instrument that is automatically controlled by a microcomputer system and capable of performing data processing.

2. It features a touch-sensitive LCD screen utilizing an integrated mounting method, ensuring the stability and durability of the touchscreen interface.

3. The screen utilizes CRT-grade display materials to enhance durability. Covered by a multi-layer composite film, it ensures optimal color fidelity, anti-reflectivity, and clarity. It offers high touch sensitivity, precise positioning accuracy, and an effective touch area of up to 90%; furthermore, it is highly wear-resistant and boasts a service life of up to 10 years.

4. The interface features English-language display capabilities, allowing for direct operation without the need for an external computer.

5. Operation is fully automated; the only manual tasks required are weighing the sample, loading the bomb, and charging it with oxygen. The instrument automatically performs all subsequent tasks, including quantitative water filling, stirring, ignition, printing of results, and water drainage.

6. It offers rapid testing speeds, with a test cycle of ≤8 minutes (using the fast method) or ≤15 minutes. The repeatability and reproducibility of the calorific value measurements meet the requirements of the national standards GB/T 384 *Methods for the Determination of Calorific Value of Petroleum Products* and GB/T 213-2008 *Methods for the Determination of Calorific Value of Coal*.

7. Features a high degree of automation: automatically utilizes the water volume within the built-in constant-volume inner vessel, automatically controls the temperature difference between the inner and outer vessels, and automatically executes the entire testing process.

8. Offers comprehensive data processing capabilities, allowing users to easily retrieve historical test data, daily results, parallel sample data, and more.
