Product Introduction

The pore size tester is a new generation instrument developed by our company for testing pore size and accuracy.

It uses gas-liquid and liquid-liquid displacement methods to measure the pore size distribution of filter materials (including filter cloth, filter elements, and filter membranes). The test results include maximum pore size, average pore size, most probable pore size, and pore size distribution graph.

Test Items

1. Structural integrity (presence of damage, processing defects, filter element seam and end cap bonding defects)

2. First bubble point pressure value and maximum pore size value

3. Bubble point pressure value and average pore size value

4. Filtration accuracy value (reference value corresponding to βx≥20)

1. Appearance and material: Adopts sheet metal spraying process, beautiful and elegant appearance, and uses laser engraving for markings, which are not easy to fall off.

4. Stability: Ergonomic design, using German pressure regulating control valve, which improves the stability of the pressure rise rate during operation.

5. "Blow-drying" function: Reduces the loss of test liquid, shortens the drying time of the test piece, and protects the tested filter element.

7. Small size and easy to move. It can be used on the desks of office personnel.

8. Temperature Compensation: Within the operating temperature range, the program can automatically compensate for surface tension, ensuring that test results are not affected by external temperature changes.

9. Built-in 6 types of filter materials with selectable reference filtration accuracy.

10. Massive Storage: Millions of test data points can be saved for easy retrieval at any time.

11. Printing Modes: Three printing modes are available based on test results, and historical data can be accessed at any time.

12. Calibration Function:  Equipped with a calibration port for sensor calibration.

13. Correction Function:

(1) The system automatically corrects after inputting the temperature sensor deviation;

(2) The system automatically corrects after inputting the differential pressure sensor deviation.

14. The operating system can be upgraded at any time via the data interface.
