Application Fields

This product is widely used for mechanical performance testing of metal and non-metallic materials, including tensile, compression, bending, and shear tests. Key Features

1. Main Machine: The machine adopts a double-space gantry structure, with the upper space for tensile testing and the lower space for compression and bending testing. The crossbeam has stepless lifting. The transmission part uses a circular arc synchronous toothed belt and screw pair transmission, ensuring stable transmission and low noise. The specially designed synchronous toothed belt reduction system and precision ball screw pair drive the moving crossbeam of the testing machine, achieving gapless transmission.

3. Electrical Measurement and Control System:

(1) Adopts AC servo system and servo motor, with stable and reliable performance, and protection devices against overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed, and overload. (2) It has protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, upper and lower displacement limits, and emergency stop.

(3) The built-in controller ensures that the testing machine can control parameters such as beam displacement, and can achieve constant-speed displacement.

(4) At the end of the test, it can return to the initial test position manually or automatically at high speed.

(5) It achieves true physical zeroing, gain adjustment, and automatic range switching, zeroing, calibration, and data saving for test force measurement, without any analog adjustment links, and the control circuit is highly integrated.

(6) The electrical control circuit refers to international standards and conforms to national testing machine electrical standards, with strong anti-interference ability, ensuring the stability of the controller and the accuracy of experimental data.

(7) It has a network interface for data transmission, storage, printing records, and network transmission and printing, and can be connected to the enterprise's internal LAN or the Internet.

4. Description of Main Software Features

This measurement and control software is used for microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machines to perform various tests on metals and non-metals (such as artificial boards), and completes various functions such as real-time measurement and display, real-time control, data processing, and result output according to relevant standards.

(1) Hierarchical management of permissions: different levels of operators have different operating permissions, and the menus and other content that can be operated are also different, making operation simple, convenient, and fast for ordinary operators, while effectively protecting the system;

(2) Real-time measurement and display of various signals such as test force and peak value, displacement, and deformation; real-time acquisition and control are achieved on NT mode platforms such as Win10 and WinXP; and precise timing and high-speed sampling are achieved;

(3) Real-time screen display of various test curves such as load-deformation and load-displacement is achieved, which can be switched for observation at any time, and curve zooming in and out is very convenient;

(4) Computer storage, setting, and loading of test parameters; zeroing and calibration operations are performed through the software; various parameters can be easily stored and loaded, allowing for convenient switching when one host is connected to multiple sensors, without any number limitations;

(5) Supports constant-speed displacement control mode; and provides standard reference curves during parameter debugging by advanced operators, allowing users to actually observe the impact of various parameters on the results.

(6) Data analysis is performed using a human-computer interaction method. The processing method meets the requirements of the widely applicable GB/T 228-2021 standard for tensile testing of metallic materials at room temperature. It can automatically calculate various performance parameters such as elastic modulus, yield strength, and specified non-proportional extension strength.  Manual intervention in the analysis process is also possible to improve accuracy; other data processing can also be performed according to standards provided by the user.

(7) Test data is stored in text files for easy user access and reprocessing using any general-purpose commercial reporting or word processing software, and facilitates data transfer over a network;

(8) The system can record and save the data curves of the entire test process and has a demonstration function to reproduce the test curves. Curve overlay comparison is also possible for convenient comparative analysis;

(9) Test reports can be printed in a format specified by the user. Users can select the basic information, test results, and test curve content for the report output to meet various needs;

(10) Digital zeroing and automatic calibration of test force and deformation are implemented, simplifying operation and improving machine reliability. Various parameter system settings are stored in files for easy saving and restoration;

(11) Compatible with multiple operating systems such as Win07, Win10, and WinXP. Test process control, crosshead movement speed changes, and parameter input can all be completed using the keyboard and mouse, making it convenient and fast to use;

(12) Automatically recognizes and supports external jog control, making sample clamping very convenient;

(13) Features overload protection and automatic shutdown function, and can automatically detect sample fracture and stop the machine. The above software functions may be added, removed, or modified depending on user requirements.
