Equipment Introduction

The equipment consists of a drive system, transmission system, amplitude adjustment system, and computer control and display system. It is suitable for fatigue life testing of various elastic elements such as tension springs and compression springs.

The equipment uses a frequency converter to control the motor's operation. An eccentric device drives a connecting rod to raise and lower the reciprocating pressure plate, completing the reciprocating compression fatigue test on the specimen. It features adjustable frequency, set test number, and mechanically adjustable amplitude.

Equipment Composition

[Main Unit]Mechanical loading, using a crank-connecting rod mechanism to convert the motor's rotational motion into vertical linear reciprocating motion. Driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, it ensures uniform and stable loading and reliable operation. It also includes an elastic body pre-adjustment device and an amplitude adjustment device (manual adjustment mode).

[Transmission System]Composed of a speed-increasing device, lead screw, and guide components.

[Drive System]Driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor.

Equipment Functions

(1) Adjusts the amplitude and frequency of elastic elements according to the technical requirements of shock absorbers and other elastic elements;

(2) LCD Chinese character display; the number of tests and frequency can be programmed according to requirements and completed automatically;

(3) Automatic shutdown after preset number of tests;

(4) Displays and accumulates the duration of the current test;

(5) The motor and reducer connect to the cam to drive the connecting rod to perform reciprocating motion, realizing the fatigue motion of various tension springs, compression springs and other elastic elements;

(6) If the current test is not completed, the current test can be continued for the next test;

(7) Simple operation, reliable and stable operation;
