Overview
The hydrostatic testing machine water tank is suitable for long-term hydrostatic testing of various plastic pipes, instantaneous hydraulic burst testing of pipes, and determination of the time to failure of thermoplastic pipes under long-term constant pressure. It is an essential testing equipment for research institutes, quality inspection departments, and pipe manufacturers.
Instrument Features
The insulation system uses an integral inner liner for insulation, employing two types of insulation materials, resulting in excellent insulation performance and significant energy-saving benefits over long-term use. At a water temperature of 95℃, the outer casing remains close to room temperature, significantly improving overall safety and reducing power consumption by over 70%.
The piping system utilizes a circulating spray system, constructed entirely of 304 stainless steel, with a circulating pump flow rate of at least 4 m³/h.
A built-in heater ensures high heat exchange efficiency; maintenance, repair, and servicing of the heater do not require system shutdown and do not affect normal experimental operation.
A discrete temperature control system is employed, with an internal heating system in the water tank and an external cooling system, minimizing noise.
The lid opens via a cylinder, ensuring sufficient space for laboratory use. The lid opening angle (opening size) is adjustable and reliable, ensuring safety and convenience.
The lid is sealed with a silicone rubber strip, preventing air leakage at high temperatures.
Intelligent automatic water replenishment is included. Features include: water shortage shutdown protection, overflow function; and customizable temperature control.
Structure: The tank has a robust frame bottom, providing high load-bearing capacity and strong resistance to deformation.
Stainless steel inner tank, equipped with a stainless steel pump body frame bottom, provides high load-bearing capacity and strong resistance to deformation.
Material: The inner tank is made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate.

German Wilo high-temperature circulating pump, horizontally installed, with a high flow rate of 1200L/hour, ensures uniform temperature within the tank and provides high pressure. It can be used with an automatic flushing device to flush samples, eliminating the hassle of manual water filling, improving testing efficiency, and ensuring the safety of the operator when heating water. The temperature control system employs a brand-name leakage protection device to ensure personnel safety.
The constant temperature water tank can automatically circulate or be connected to an external circulation system.
The water tank has its own heating control system, with the pressure input port customizable by the user.
It includes a cooling system (temperature can drop from room temperature to 15℃), a high-power industrial chiller.
The water tank also features an automatic filtration function, continuously filtering out impurities from the water.
The inner wall of the water tank is equipped with high-pressure interfaces, each of which can be fitted with quick connectors and high-pressure hoses.
The water tank adopts a spray-type structure; the circulating pump draws hot water from the bottom and sprays it down from the top, continuously circulating to maintain a balanced water temperature.
The water tank lid uses a dual-cylinder assisted lifting method, ensuring stability, safety, and reliability.
The water tank heating system uses a separate heating structure, featuring safety and ease of maintenance.
