Application
Suitable for efflorescence testing and research and development of various building materials in construction industries, research institutions, universities and colleges, including sintered ordinary bricks, sintered porous bricks, hollow bricks and hollow block bricks, sintered clay bricks, non-fired bricks, fly ash bricks, slag bricks, and carbonized bricks, etc., and for quality management engineering testing specifications.
Operating Instructions
1. Divide eight unsoaked brick samples into four pairs. Each pair should have similar tapping sounds, similar colors, and basically the same appearance.
2. Take one brick from each pair, totaling four bricks, and number them sequentially as the experimental group.
3. The other five bricks serve as the control group, also numbered in the same sequence.
4. Brush off any dust adhering to the brick samples with a brush, then dry the brick samples in an oven at +110~+115℃ until constant weight. Then set the test chamber temperature to room temperature and allow the brick samples to cool to room temperature before starting the test.
Instrument Advantages and Features
1. High-temperature baking and efflorescence testing are completed in one step. The innovative design concept breaks through the technology of traditional old models in terms of appearance and function (performance), providing users with an ideal testing tool with high standards and low cost.
2. After baking to constant weight, the brick samples of the experimental group are placed upright in shallow trays. Water is automatically (or manually) injected into the trays, saving time and effort. The water level should be no less than 25-35mm of distilled water. A stainless steel plate is placed over the shallow tray, and the brick samples are exposed through rectangular holes in the stainless steel plate, and the time is automatically recorded.
3. There is no need to worry about ordering additional high-temperature baking equipment for high-temperature baking of brick samples. This instrument can directly bake at a maximum temperature of +120℃, ensuring that the brick samples are baked in a high-temperature environment of +110~+115℃.
4. The instrument uses a pure imported LCD touch screen controller, with dual temperature and humidity display and control in both English and Chinese; the temperature and humidity settings have multiple program memory stages, each stage can loop 999 times, and it is equipped with multiple PID control functions.
5. This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB5101-2017 requirements for efflorescence testing of bricks and tiles; it conforms to GB/T2542-2012 testing methods for masonry bricks; it can automatically control the temperature and humidity inside the chamber and automatically alternate test conditions, making it one of the essential equipment for brick and tile manufacturers, construction companies, and testing units to inspect product quality.
