Product Description

This machine is primarily used for repeated bending tests of metal wires to examine their performance under repeated plastic deformation and to identify any resulting defects. Equipped with special fixtures, it can also be used for bending tests of other specifications of sheet metal and rectangular materials.

Testing Principle

A sample of a specific diameter is passed through a guide sleeve and clamped between two jaws of a specified size.  Upon pressing the button, the sample is bent 90° to the left and right repeatedly. The machine automatically stops when the sample breaks, and the number of bending cycles is recorded.
