Product Introduction
The low-temperature calibration thermostatic bath is a high-precision, self-controlled temperature calibration device. It utilizes PID temperature control technology, offering excellent temperature stability, uniform temperature field, and high temperature control accuracy.
It is suitable for calibration and verification of physical parameters in various departments such as metrology, biochemistry, petroleum, meteorology, energy, environmental protection, and medicine, as well as manufacturers of thermometers, temperature controllers, and temperature sensors.
Product Features
The temperature control system uses PID control technology, with an accuracy of up to 0.01℃.
It uses a forced-air cooled, fully enclosed compressor for refrigeration, providing fast cooling and low noise.
Standard calibration trays are included, suitable for placing thermometers, platinum resistance thermometers, thermocouples, etc., of different specifications.
The inner tank features an arc-shaped side stirring structure with a precise design, enhancing temperature field uniformity to 0.01℃.
The refrigeration system has overheat and overcurrent protection, and the control system has an over-temperature alarm with adjustable upper and lower limits. The system can automatically cut off the load in case of over-temperature.
Optional RS232 or RS485 communication interfaces are available for data transmission to PCs or PLCs for remote control.
