Product Introduction
This liquid dielectric volume resistivity tester conforms to the DL/T421-1991 "Method for Determination of Volume Resistivity of Insulating Oil" standard and is suitable for measuring the volume resistivity of insulating oil and fire-resistant oil. It can be widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, railway, aviation, commercial inspection, and scientific research departments.
Working Principle
This instrument mainly consists of two parts: the main unit and the oil cup assembly. The main unit mainly comprises an MCU main control unit, a testing unit, a keyboard, a display, and a printer. The oil cup assembly mainly includes an oil cup, a thermostat, and a temperature sensor. The MCU control unit measures the temperature of the oil sample in the oil cup through a precision temperature sensor and maintains a constant temperature in the thermostat by controlling the heater and cooler, thereby keeping the oil sample temperature in the oil cup constant. The MCU control unit measures the volume resistivity value of the oil sample in the oil cup through a high-precision testing circuit.
