Introduction

This automatic calibration system for temperature and humidity testing equipment is mainly used for the calibration of temperature and relative humidity parameters of constant temperature and humidity chambers, high and low temperature test chambers, drying ovens, incubators, cement curing chambers, water baths, box-type resistance furnaces, muffle furnaces, etc.

1. This device consists of an automatic detection device, signal collector, main control chip, and system software. It can perform automatic detection via computer or offline detection, and has a data storage function. The device is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen for operation, and uses a capacitive touch screen for configuration and real-time data display.  The comprehensive upper computer operation and management functions allow users to easily observe, record, and calibrate temperature and humidity data in real time.

2. The device can calculate temperature deviation, fluctuation, and uniformity according to specifications, and perform periodic deviation correction, directly generating records and certificates for printing, improving work efficiency.

3. Exquisite appearance and easy to carry, suitable for on-site inspection. The operating software interface is clear, convenient, and fast.

4. This device has 24 temperature measurement channels and 4 humidity measurement channels, which can be expanded according to customer needs. It uses imported humidity sensors for high reliability. Multiple thermocouple cold junction compensation methods are available for users to choose from.

5. Parameters such as cycle measurement interval, number of measurements, and measurement method can be configured on the touch screen.

6. This device can communicate with a desktop or laptop computer in real time via RS232. Calibration data can be exported via USB flash drive, meeting the needs of real-time measurement and evaluation on site.

7. A full range of temperature sensing elements are available: thermocouples: S, K, N, E, J, T; resistance thermometers: Pt100, Cu100, Cu50; temperature measurement range: -200℃~1600℃.
