Product Introduction

This instrument is primarily used for determining the melting point of various coated sands.  It features many improvements over standard melting point testers, including the use of imported or industry-leading intelligent temperature controllers and fast-response temperature probes, as well as digital timing, non-contact precision temperature control, and over-temperature alarm functions. This eliminates the tedious and uncertain process of manual temperature adjustment (such as adjusting voltage based on temperature differences or seasons) and prevents damage to the heating element surface due to overheating.  It also includes a stainless steel sand tray and a chrome-plated support bracket.
