Applications
Used for determining the wet compressive and wet shear strength of molding sand, as well as the strength of standard samples of core sand such as resin sand, water glass sand, and coated sand at room temperature. It also measures the tensile and flexural strength of coated sand standard samples at high temperatures (200-240℃).
Features
1. Features a 7-inch color touchscreen for control, data and curve display, and can store over 100,000 data points. It supports 485-USB data transmission, storage, and time-based data retrieval, and Excel file reading.
2. The instrument has a buffering device, eliminating the need for lubrication, ensuring uniform and shock-free loading, thus guaranteeing accuracy and good repeatability.
3. High-speed data acquisition rate ensures rapid completion of coated sand high-temperature flexural and tensile strength tests within 10 seconds, with higher accuracy and repeatability.
4. Features six modes for molding sand: compression, shear, bending, and tensile strength, as well as tensile and bending strength for coated sand, with direct digital display of real-time and maximum strength values.
5. Equipped with a micro-printer for printing single data points and the average of three valid data points.
6. Simple one-button operation; automatic return after sand sample fracture; displays molding sand strength data, curves, test time, fracture process time, working stroke size, automatic zeroing, etc., and includes overload protection and alarms.
7.Optional 485-RJ45 Ethernet port supports Modbus communication protocol, allowing real-time remote monitoring and data reading via a host computer. 8. Optional barcode scanner for barcode and QR code sample input, and touchscreen for manual number input.
