Product Introduction
The fully automatic distillation boiling point determination instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements stipulated in GB/T 6536-2010 "Determination Method for Normal Pressure Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products", GB/T 7534-2004 "Boiling Point Determination of Industrial Volatile Organic Liquids", ASTM D86, ASTM D850, etc. It is used for the determination of the distillation characteristics of gasoline, aviation gasoline, vapor injection fuel, special boiling point solvents, naphtha, kerosene, diesel, fractionated fuel and similar petroleum products, as well as the boiling point determination of industrial volatile organic liquids, raw material organic solvents, such as hydrocarbons, esters, alcohols, ketones, ethers and similar organic compounds. It is widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, commodity inspection, universities and research departments.
Functional Features
1. Automatically complete distillation determination of the distillation range. The initial boiling point, final boiling point and dry point are automatically detected. The experimental operation is convenient.
2. Select the standards of GB/T6536, GB/T7534, GB/T3146 and GB/T18255 for the testing according to the experimental requirements.
3. 16 sets of preset parameters are available for selection. In addition, there are 3 temperature recording volume points and 3 volume recording temperature points at the detection points (freely configurable)
4. Utilizing imported PT100 sensors and imported PT1000 glass probes, the measurement accuracy is extremely high.
5. The imported infrared volumetric reading system has high resolution and precise reading accuracy for recovery rates.
6. The imported atmospheric pressure detection module automatically performs pressure correction, ensuring that the experiment is not affected by changes in atmospheric pressure.
7. Imported compressor, with fast cooling speed and long service life. During sample testing, the temperature and volume curves are displayed.
8. Automatic Fire Extinguishing: Equipped with a millisecond-level flame detector, it automatically extinguishes the fire upon detecting it, ensuring the safety of the experiment.
9. Built-in miniature thermal printer automatically prints the test results and automatically stores 120 historical data entries, making it convenient for reference.
10. 10-inch large touch-screen LCD with full Chinese/English interface display (optional)
11. The instrument is equipped with Wifi connection, making software updates convenient. It can be remotely controlled via a computer, and the experimental results can be remotely read and exported.
