Product Introduction

The liquefied petroleum gas vapor pressure tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in GB/T6602-89 "Method for Determining Vapor Pressure of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG Method)". It also complies with the requirements of ASTM D1267 standard and is suitable for liquefied petroleum gas with a boiling point above 0℃, a hydrocarbon volume content less than 5%, and a vapor pressure not exceeding 1550 Kpa at 37.8℃. It is widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, power, commodity inspection, universities, research institutions, etc.

Functional Features

1. Complies with the requirements of GB/T6602 and ASTM D1267 standards

2. The instrument consists of a constant-temperature water bath and two sets of Reid vapor pressure testers, allowing for the simultaneous conduct of two experiments.

3. Fully stainless steel water bath, corrosion-resistant

4. Utilizing PID automatic temperature control technology, the temperature control accuracy is high and the temperature can be adjusted.

5. The projectile is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a pressure pointer display gauge. There is also a switch valve on the projectile, which is convenient for filling with liquefied gas.

6. Pressure gauge: 1 Mpa (0.4 class), 2.5 Mpa (0.4 class), or can be customized according to experimental requirements.

7. Temperature control point: 37.8℃ ± 0.1℃
