Product Introduction
The auto-ignition point tester is developed in accordance with the national power industry standard DL/T706-1999 IEC79-4:95. It is used to determine the lowest temperature at which a combustion phenomenon occurs in the sample of operating oil or fire-resistant oil in a beaker. The heating temperature of the heating furnace is set according to the natural point temperature range of the sample (the auto-ignition point of most phosphate ester fire-resistant oils is above 500℃). The heating furnace is heated to the preset temperature, and kept at this temperature for 10 minutes ± 1 minute to achieve thermal equilibrium inside the container. The top, middle and bottom temperatures of the beaker are controlled within 1℃. Using an injection pipette, 0.07 ml of the sample to be tested is slowly drawn and quickly injected into the bottom of the beaker, and then the injection pipette is quickly removed. By using a reflector, the auto-ignition point of the fire-resistant oil can be observed. This instrument has an attractive appearance, is convenient for testing, has stable and reliable performance, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power industry, commodity inspection, universities, research institutions and other departments.
