Description

The ultra-low temperature thermal conductivity meter uses the guarded hot plate method to directly measure the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of thermal insulation materials, enabling stable control of environmental vacuum and high-low temperature conditions. It features high measurement accuracy and excellent temperature control stability, with automatic pressure application/monitoring and thickness measurement, suitable for sample testing within -160~200 ℃.

1. Precise one-dimensional heat transfer: High-precision multi-point thermopile for guarded hot plate temperature control effectively prevents heat loss from the hot plate, conforming to the ideal one-dimensional heat transfer model.

2. Multiple test atmospheres: Testable under vacuum, oxidizing and inert atmospheres.

3. Wide temperature range: Capable of measuring thermal conductivity/thermal resistance at ultra-low temperatures down to -160℃.

4. Fully automated operation: Automatic temperature control, thickness measurement, pressure application, pressure monitoring, and multi-temperature point automatic measurement.
