Method of use
1, test resin particles: pour out about 4 grams of resin particles poured in stainless steel tray, in order to make the test process of resin moisture meter resin material drying through, we spread the resin particles into a dispersed form, so that the temperature can penetrate into the internal resin.Use tweezers to tile resin particles evenly, in order to avoid resin particles zoom black after baking, we set the temperature at 105 ℃, press "START" button to begin testing, over 15 points, 7 seconds after detection, testing data showed that 56.57%;
2, in order to get a more accurate and stable data as a result, before the second test process for resin cool moisture meter, for the instrument itself when the temperature dropped to 40 degrees, also take about 4 g resin material particles in the stainless steel tray, uniform resin particles tile, this time we set the temperature to 105 ℃, press "START" button to begin testing, testing end after 14 minutes and 43 seconds, testing data showed that 56.51%;
