Purpose
The LR-A381 computer-controlled horizontal tensile testing machine is a specialized instrument designed for testing the tensile strength of paper. Its measurement range includes 30N, 300N, 500N, and 1000N, and is suitable for various types of paper and paperboard for testing. Among them, the 30N measurement range is particularly suitable for detecting the wet strength of sanitary paper, napkins, and hand-toweling paper, and fully complies with the wet strength requirements in the wet wipe standard GB/T27728-2011.

The test is fully automated, with statistical processing functions for test data, micro printer output, and can also be operated through a computer. When connected to a computer, in addition to automatically remembering and storing results, it can also display the tensile curve and save it.

Pre-set clamping distance and test speed make the testing faster and more efficient.
6. Convenient for measurement and calibration
The force sensor is located above and connected to the upper clamping head. The user or the metrology and calibration department (third party) can easily calibrate the instrument's indication error by hanging the standard weight on the upper clamping head.
