Introduction
The LR-A401 fully automatic kinematic viscosity tester is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with standards such as GB/T265, ISO3104, and ASTM D445. It is suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque liquids (including crude oil, light and heavy fuel oil, lubricating oil, additives, etc.). The instrument does not require manual operation. After placing the oil sample, the operator sets the sample number and position, and starts the test. The test can be fully completed automatically with automatic sample loading and testing. The operation interface is simple, and the system has advantages such as self-checking, self-diagnosis, and fault prediction.
Major advantage
1. The double-layer bath tank design can maintain a constant temperature, with a temperature range of 20-100℃; temperature stability is ±0.01℃; resolution is 0.01℃. The 10# methyl silicone oil is used as the bath liquid medium, which can be used for a long time without replacement.
2. The instrument is composed of three major components: the test host, the cleaning vacuum servo box, and the computer part. The key components of the instrument are all made with imported components, making the instrument more stable and reliable.
3. The instrument adopts a hardware system combining a computer and an ARM microcontroller. The microcontroller is used to achieve temperature control and viscosity measurement, with high real-time performance, resulting in more accurate test results. The computer is used as the overall human-computer interaction interface, making the instrument more reliable. It not only runs quickly but also has a large data storage capacity. It uses the Windows 7 operating system, with a full Chinese operation interface (which can be changed to an English or Russian interface), facilitating user operation. It provides multiple communication interfaces (RS-232, USB, and RJ-45, etc.), and can be connected to the LIMS system or the local area network for Internet browsing.
4. The measurement range of kinematic viscosity is wide. Each viscometer is designed with two detection bulbs, providing a 20-fold viscosity measurement range. The instrument comes with one viscometer, and each viscometer is calibrated before leaving the factory using American Kanem kinematic viscosity standard oil. The instrument's system software also has a calibration function, and users can also calibrate it using standard oil, making the detection range wider.
5. According to the user's requirements, the user can choose to equip a 18-position automatic sampler. The user can place up to 18 samples into the automatic sampler. The instrument will automatically perform sample injection, cleaning, and drying in a cycle.
6. The LR-A401 cleaning process thoroughly cleans and dries the viscosity tube and the sample cup, eliminating the need for manual cleaning or drying.
7. Multi-machine parallel application: One computer can be connected to 1 to 4 instruments for simultaneous operation, without affecting each other. This is convenient for users to expand and apply it in the future.
