Introduction

The high-precision multi-functional process calibrator is a high-precision, handheld instrument for measuring and outputting process signals. It can simultaneously measure and output various industrial process signals such as voltage, current, resistance, thermocouple, thermoresistor, frequency, pulse, and switch quantity. It is equipped with HART function and can completely replace HART handheld controllers. It has built-in pressure module communication function and can be used in conjunction with our ET-CY series pressure modules for on-site calibration of pressure transmitters. It has functions such as temperature difference measurement, standard temperature measurement, PID temperature control, and ρ value measurement. The custom sensor function enables users to input specific thermoresistors and thermocouple scale numbers. Through thermal engineering auxiliary tools, various electrical quantities and temperatures can be conveniently converted. The data recording function allows customers to conveniently record verification data on-site.

This product can replace current signal sources, voltage signal sources, resistance boxes, electronic potentiometers, frequency counters, HART handheld controllers, etc. It is mainly used for signal calibration and fault diagnosis in industrial sites; it is also suitable for signal measurement and calibration in chemical industries, and various research institutes and laboratories. This product is a powerful, standard-level industrial process detection instrument suitable for both on-site and laboratory use.

Enhanced functions (optional)

1. HART function: Can completely replace the HART controller, set or calibrate the range of intelligent transmitters, force the output current of intelligent transmitters to be at a fixed value (such as 20mA, 12mA, 4mA), set linear or square root functions, and can perform HART reset on the pressure sensor of the transmitter, etc.;

2. Pressure module function: Through the RS232 communication port, it can be used in conjunction with our ET-CY series pressure modules for on-site calibration of pressure transmitters, pressure switches, pressure gauges, blood pressure monitors, or other pressure instruments. It can also be used for precise pressure measurement; Supports 12 pressure units: kPa, MPa, Pa, psi, inHg, inH2O, mmHg, mmH2O, bar, mbar, atm, kg/cm2, etc.

3. Temperature difference measurement function: Accuracy up to 0.003℃. This product can measure the temperature difference between two points in space. It can complete one temperature difference data collection within 0.4 seconds, effectively improving the measurement accuracy; During the test process, it can calculate the 10-minute fluctuation during the test process in real time. Before conducting the measurement work using standard platinum resistance or standard thermocouple, the measurement results can be traced back through the input of certificate values, and meet the requirements of the constant temperature bath test specifications for electrical measuring instruments.

4. Standard temperature measurement function: Different from ordinary thermocouple measurement and thermoresistor measurement, this measurement method can use certificate values for temperature traceability. The supported types of standard thermocouples and thermoresistors include: standard thermocouples S, R, B, T, standard platinum resistors Pt25, Pt100.

5. Use any sensor measurement function: You can conveniently convert the measured physical quantity (pressure, flow rate, temperature, etc.) into voltage, current, resistance, etc. for measurement. Users only need to pre-input the response curve, and the multimeter will use the internal algorithm for numerical conversion and correction, and finally display the measured physical quantity on the screen. You can freely edit and modify the display unit of the measured physical quantity.

6. Precise temperature control function: Using the precise temperature control function, it can achieve temperature closed-loop control for constant temperature equipment, replacing high-precision PID controllers. When the constant temperature equipment and grid voltage meet the conditions, the temperature fluctuation of the equipment can be better than 0.02℃/10min (constant temperature bath).

7. ρ value measurement function: Can measure the duty cycle of periodic square wave signals, which can be used to calibrate and calibrate the PID parameters of various digital temperature indication regulators with time proportional output, and meet the requirements of the "JJG617-1996 Digital Temperature Indication Regulator" regulation.

8. Thermal engineering conversion function: Used to realize the mutual conversion between various electrical quantities and temperatures. The supported types of electrical quantity and temperature conversion include: working thermocouples, industrial thermoresistors, and various temperature transmitters.

9. Numerical setting method: Has the most flexible and convenient output value setting method. It can be directly set the output value through the digital keyboard, or incrementally set bit by bit using the direction keys. In addition, the device also has a step or ramp numerical setting method that can be numbered.

10. Sine signal output function: For the calibration/verification of some process recorders (especially mechanical recorders), it usually includes the running test stage. It can provide a signal to the tested instrument through the sine signal output method.

11. Data recording function: Has a powerful recording management function. Up to 32 device numbers can be established, and each device number has 16 record pages. Each record page contains four basic information: time, measurement value, output value, and custom value. Users can perform equipment management, record deletion, and other operations according to their needs.
