Overview
The method for determining the sulfur and chlorine content of products (X-ray spectroscopy) is in accordance with the standards: GB/T11140, GB/T17040, and ASTM D4294, used to measure the trace sulfur content of petroleum products; according to standards SH/T0161, ASTM D4929, ASTM D7536, and ISO 15597, it is used to determine the trace chlorine content of petroleum products. Due to its adoption of a physical analysis method, it has the characteristics of fast analysis speed, no need for complex sample pre-treatment, high accuracy, small human error, low labor intensity for operators, and no pollution. Therefore, it has been widely used internationally and has basically replaced other analytical methods for sulfur measurement.
Instrument Features
1. The device adopts a brand-new touch screen color liquid crystal display, featuring superior control performance. The multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer, designed with the latest technologies such as CPLD, FPGA, and DSP, has replaced the original simple multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer. This significantly enhances the long-term stability of the instrument.
2. Rapid Analysis: The content results can be obtained within a few seconds. Automatic correction of C/H ratio: Applicable to various samples.
3. Absolute determination: The interference from the hydrogenated gasoline and diesel background has been completely eliminated, effectively solving the problem. The data is almost identical to that obtained by the combustion method; multiple calculation methods are available, overcoming the measurement errors caused by the inconsistency between the fuel oil matrix and the standard sample matrix.
4. Automatic curve selection: During the measurement, the instrument will automatically select the appropriate curve suitable for the sample, eliminating the need to change the curve during the process.
5. Automatic Spectrum Stabilization Function: Prevents energy spectrum drift caused by temperature changes and internal attenuation of the detector. The long-term stability and accuracy of the instrument are ensured. Calibration is conducted less than twice a year.
6. Self-calibration device: Before analyzing the sample, the instrument should be self-calibrated to ensure that it is in a state consistent with the instrument calibration, thereby reducing the occurrence of unstable issues in the instrument.
7. Deviation Correction: Insert the standard sample and simply perform a one-click operation to correct the errors in this curve.
