1.Description:
This instrument is designed based on the principle of heating water with an electric heater to generate steam. Its performance meets the requirements for testing equipment as stipulated in the national standard GB/T3810.11-2016 and ISO10545-11:1994 "Test Methods for Ceramic Tile Glaze Surface Crack Resistance". It is applicable for the crack resistance test of ceramic glazed tiles, and also suitable for other pressure resistance tests with a working pressure ranging from 0 to 1.0 MPa.The equipment is mainly composed of pressure tank body, electric contact pressure gauge, safety valve, electric heater, and electric control device, etc. It features a compact structure, light weight, high pressure control accuracy, convenient operation and reliable operation.
2.Working principle
1. First, open the top cover of the autoclave and add the appropriate amount of water. Generally, fill it up to the bottom. During continuous experiments, you can add more water to prevent the water from drying out and failing to generate sufficient pressure. Adding too much water will affect the pressurization speed.
2. Install the sample on the sample holder, then place it in the autoclave, cover the top cover, and tighten the sealing nut to prevent air leakage.
3. Turn on the power switch, connect the power supply, and heat the water through the resistance wire at the bottom of the autoclave. Steam will gradually enter the test area, gradually increasing the pressure in the test area of the autoclave to the set pressure ±20 KPa and maintaining it for an appropriate period of time.
4. Unscrew the pressure relief valve to rapidly reduce the pressure in the autoclave to atmospheric pressure.
5. According to the test requirements, let the sample cool in the autoclave for a period of time, then unscrew the top cover nut, open the cover, and the sample can be taken out.
