1. Product Description
Salt spray + flowing mixed gas corrosion test chamber
Purpose: The salt spray test machine is used to test the corrosion resistance of products after the surfaces of various materials have been treated with corrosion such as electroplating, anodizing, spraying, and anti-rust oil.
Salt spray + flowing mixed gas corrosion test chamberTest description: The salt solution is prepared with sodium chloride (chemically pure. analytically pure) and distilled water or deionized water, and its concentration is (5±0.1)% (mass fraction). The pH value measured at (20±2)ºC is between 6.5 and 7.2. Place the test object in the salt spray chamber and spray salt spray at 15ºC~35ºC for 2h. After the spraying is completed, transfer the test object to a wet heat chamber for storage for 20h~22h, the temperature is (40±2)ºC, and the relative humidity is (90±3)%, forming a cycle. Repeat this cycle three times, then clean with water and dry at 55°C for 1 hour and store for 1-2 hours under the test standard atmospheric conditions [temperature (23±2)°C, relative humidity 45%~55%], forming a cycle.
