I. Product Overview

This material torsion testing machine adopts a horizontal structure, with a liquid crystal display showing torque and torsion angle in real time. It consists of a high-speed data acquisition and control system and a fully digital AC servo system. It uses a planetary cycloidal gear reducer for transmission, featuring uniform and stable loading, no impact phenomena, and accurate data acquisition and control.

The digital display electronic torsion testing machine is mainly suitable for testing the static torsional mechanical properties of metal materials, non-metallic materials, and various components such as drive shafts, half-shafts, bimetallic material parts, and connecting parts.

II. Performance Characteristics

1. Main Unit: Adopts a horizontal structure. The main structure is made of high-quality seamless square tubes welded together, ensuring robustness and reliability. The entire machine body is powder-coated, and the working platform is made of high-quality carbon steel and precision-ground, guaranteeing the rigidity and accuracy of the entire machine. The fixtures are made of high-quality alloy structural steel, ensuring their service life. Sample installation and removal are convenient and quick. The movable end of the chuck uses a precision linear guide rail, providing high accuracy and easy movement, allowing for free adjustment of the distance according to the length of the sample.

2. Drive System: Driven by a fully digital AC control system, providing a wide speed adjustment range and uniform and stable loading.

3. Transmission System: Uses a planetary cycloidal gear reducer for transmission, ensuring uniform and stable transmission and transmission accuracy, with arbitrary manual adjustment within the lateral space.
