Overview:
Electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine (referred to as testing machine) is mainly used to test the dynamic characteristics of metal, non-metal and composite materials at room temperature or high temperature, the testing machine can perform the following tests:
u tensile and compression test
u crack growth test
The closed-loop servo control system composed of electrical controller, servo valve, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer and computer can control the test process automatically and accurately, and measure the test parameters such as force, displacement, deformation, torque and Angle automatically.
The testing machine can realize sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, sawtooth wave, anti-sawtooth wave, pulse wave and other waveforms, and can carry out tensile, compression, bending, low cycle and high cycle fatigue and other mechanical tests. Environmental test devices can also be configured to complete environmental simulation tests at different temperatures.
The operation of the testing machine is flexible and convenient. The lifting of the moving beam, locking and specimen clamping are all completed by the button operation. Advanced hydraulic servo drive technology is used to load, high-precision dynamic load sensor and high-resolution magnetostrictive displacement sensor are used to measure the force value and displacement of the specimen. Full digital measurement and control system to achieve force, deformation, displacement PID control, each control can be smoothly transformed. The test software works in the WINDOWS XP/Win7 Chinese environment, powerful data processing functions, automatic storage, display and printing of test conditions and test results. The test process is all controlled by computer, and the testing machine is an ideal cost-effective test system for scientific research institutes, metallurgical construction, national defense, colleges and universities, machinery manufacturing, transportation and other industries.
