Introduction
The fabric moisture permeability tester is used to measure the moisture permeability of various fabrics (including moisture-permeable coated fabrics) such as medical protective clothing and windbreakers, as well as nonwoven fabrics for clothing like cotton wadding and space cotton.
Test Principle
Place the moisture permeation cup containing desiccant or water and sealed with fabric samples in a sealed environment with specified temperature and humidity. Calculate the moisture permeation amount based on the change in the mass of the moisture permeation cup (including the sample and desiccant or water) within a certain period of time.

Instrument characteristics
1. Touchscreen control, with both Chinese and English menus, and a human-machine dialogue mode, making operation convenient.
2. High-precision temperature and humidity sensors, with control adopting PID algorithm, have small fluctuations and effectively prevent temperature and humidity overshoot.
3. It features temperature and humidity calibration functions, which can effectively prevent sensor deviations caused by long-term use.
4. PLC control, color touch screen operation, modular design, digital setting of temperature and humidity, intelligent control, real-time display of temperature, humidity and timing. Cooling method: air-cooled.
5. Input parameters via touchscreen, and the values of WVT g/(h.m²), WVP g/(h.mmHg.m²), PV, g.cm/(h.mmHg.m²) will be automatically calculated.
6. It can record temperature and humidity curves, facilitating the calculation and printing of large amounts of data reports. It is equipped with a micro printer and is compatible with multiple standards and measurement methods.
