Tapping Apparatus Vibrating Type Densimeter Density Meter Analyzer for Powder

Vibrational density (volume density or loose density) is defined as the mass of the sample divided by its volume, including the sample itself and its pore space. Bulk density is essential for characterizing:

The density tester offers two vibration modes: Continue mode (vibrates until power off) and Counter mode (vibrates until preset count is reached).

1. Turn speed adjusting button to "O", connect machine to control box, then connect power supply
2. Adjust height measuring scale to predetermined filling height and lock adjustment button
3. Place filler into measuring cylinder and secure with fixing ring
4. Select "Continue" vibration mode
5. Turn on power, adjust speed control button, then press start button
6. Machine will vibrate continuously until power is turned off

1. Turn speed adjusting button to "O", connect machine to timing control box, then connect power supply
2. Adjust height measuring scale to predetermined filling height and lock adjustment button
3. Place filler into measuring cylinder and secure with fixing ring
4. Select "Counter" vibration mode
5. Set vibration count (0-999 times), turn on power, adjust speed, then press start
6. Machine will automatically stop when preset count is reached
