Product Overview and Applications
1. This instrument is primarily used for testing or comparative testing and analysis of bearing friction torque. It mainly consists of a test head, sensing system, transmission and speed change system, loading block, and computer control system. It is suitable for bearing manufacturers to test the friction torque performance of bearings.
2. Advanced computer technology combined with the bearing test head makes testing operations very convenient.
3. The system consists of an advanced computer and a standard bearing test head. The test head includes a torque sensor, optical encoder, and variable speed drive. This design allows the system to maintain a constant rotation (0.5-10 rpm) while simultaneously measuring the bearing's torque and position.
4. The friction torque, rotation angle, and rotation time parameters of the tester are all controlled by the computer interface, and it has automatic forward and reverse rotation testing functions. Test data is collected in real time, and corresponding test curves (such as torque-time, torque-angle curves, etc.) can be plotted. Data can be stored, retrieved, and printed, ensuring accuracy and reliability without human error.
5. The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop device and overload, overvoltage, and overcurrent protection functions. When any parameter exceeds the preset value, the testing machine stops rotating.
