X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF spectrometer) is a fast, non-destructive way to measure matter. The principle is to use the X-ray excitation source to irradiate the electroplating solution to be analyzed, and the inner electrons of the elements in the sample are knocked out, resulting in the transition of the outer electrons, and the characteristic X-rays of the elements will be emitted when the excited electrons return to the ground state. The Detector receives the characteristic X-ray signal of these elements, and the instrument software system converts it into the corresponding test intensity. The relationship between characteristic X-ray intensity and content is established with the reference material sample, that is, the calibration curve. After establishing calibration curves for different content ranges of elements, and then testing unknown samples, it is possible to quickly analyze the content in electroplating baths and other liquids.
