Description:
The DM2100 X-ray multi-element analyzer is an analytical instrument developed and produced by our company, which has reached the international advanced level. It adopts the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) analysis technology, thin beryllium window charged particle counter tube, secondary filter, special optical path system, hard sample proportion method and our company's proprietary spectral analysis technology, enabling small-sized instruments to accurately measure adjacent light elements (such as Al and Si in cement raw materials). Its measurement accuracy reaches the level of imported similar instruments. It complies with the relevant requirements of national standard GB/T 176—2017 "Chemical Analysis Methods for Cement" and industry standards JC/T1085—2008 "X-ray Fluorescence Analyzer for Cement" and JB/T11145—2011 "X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer". Just by pressing a sample, the concentration of Al2O3, SiO2, SO3, CaO and Fe2O3 in the material can be measured within 310 seconds.
The DM2100 type X-ray multi-element analyzer has been sold over 1,000 units, making it the most popular model in China. Currently, there are many enterprises in China that produce multi-element analyzers, but only the DM2100 type X-ray multi-element analyzer can be used in cement enterprises. Moreover, none of the users who purchased this instrument is not using it or not generating benefits.
The DM2100 X-ray multi-element analyzer has obtained one utility model patent (patent number: ZL200620040917.5) and one invention patent (patent number: 200610025556.1). It has been recognized as a Shanghai High-Tech Transformation Project (number: 200607406), and has received the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Fund and the first radiation exemption certificate in China.
The 2021 model of the DM2100X fluorescence multi-element analyzer, in addition to maintaining the attractive appearance, integrated design, continuous measurement method for standard samples, non-contact and non-destructive analysis of samples, no need for chemical reagents, and large data storage capacity that are all features of the original DM series X fluorescence analyzer, has also undergone the following significant improvements:
The large-screen color touch LCD screen replaces the original black-and-white LCD screen and keyboard, enhancing the user's control experience.
(2) The new large-scale integrated circuit CPU replaces the old ones such as 80C31. It does not have a data bus for direct connection with external devices or external chips, which significantly enhances the reliability of the system and basically eliminates the phenomenon of system freezing.
(3) By replacing the original vertical circuit with a patch circuit, the area of the circuit board was reduced, and large-scale mechanized production became possible. This significantly enhanced the reliability of the hardware and minimized the instrument's repair rate.
(4) The thermal printer was used instead of the original needle printer.
(5) By replacing the original single-channel pulse amplitude analyzer and fixed-gain amplifier with the newly designed multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer and variable-gain amplifier that employ technologies such as CPLD, FPGA, and DSP, the long-term stability of the instrument has been significantly enhanced.
The launch of the 2021 version of the DM2100X fluorescence multi-element analyzer is the result of our company's pursuit of self-improvement. It will undoubtedly enable our company to maintain a long-term leading position in the domestic X fluorescence analyzer field.
Scope of Application
It is mainly used for measuring the concentrations of Al2O3, SiO2, SO3, CaO and Fe2O3 in materials such as cement raw materials, clinker, cement and raw materials. By measuring the concentrations of Al2O3, SiO2, SO3, CaO and Fe2O3 in the raw materials, the quality of the clinker can be controlled. By measuring the concentrations of CaO in the clinker and cement, the amount of admixtures can be determined. By measuring the concentration of SO3 in the cement, the quality of the cement can be controlled. It can be used either individually or in conjunction with other devices to provide detection signals for the automatic control system of raw material batching for cement production, forming an "analyzer - microcomputer - belt scale" automatic control system.
In addition to the cement industry, it can also be used for the concentration analysis of Al2O3, SiO2, SO3, CaO and Fe2O3 in solid, liquid and powder samples from power plants, brick and tile factories, metallurgy, petroleum, geological and mining departments.
