The X-ray fluorescence coating thickness measuring instrument adopts the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis technology and can simultaneously measure the analysis of multiple elements. According to the user's application requirements, it can be configured to analyze and determine any number of elements ranging from Na to U. In addition, it is equipped with a fully functional testing software and a user-friendly operation interface to meet the needs of metal coating and element content measurement. The humanized design makes the testing work easier to complete. This instrument has two functions: measuring element content and coating thickness detection.
It is widely used in the thickness measurement of metal coatings, the determination of electroplating solutions and coating contents in electroplating, as well as in the industries of hardware, PCB, bathroom, electronic appliances, precious metals, etc.
