The portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is an analytical instrument that employs energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis technology to measure multiple elements simultaneously. It can be configured to analyze and determine any number of elements ranging from Na to U according to the user's application requirements. This instrument is widely used in various industries such as environmental protection, archaeology, building materials, field mining, waste recycling, and the RoHS directive.
